THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE STUDIO
Meet
the Founders
Two designers, one shared vision — creating thoughtfully designed spaces that balance functionality, aesthetics and personality.
Monika Borkar Pednekar is the Founder and Principal Designer of Elements 5 Design Studio. She completed her Interior Design certification from L. S. Raheja School of Architecture, Bandra, Mumbai.
After gaining valuable professional experience in the interior design industry, Monika began her journey as an independent freelancer. With a passion for design, dedication to quality, and a strong entrepreneurial vision, she gradually transformed her freelance practice into a professionally established interior design firm.
Guru Pednekar is the Co-Founder of Elements 5 Design Studio. He also completed his Interior Design certification from L. S. Raheja School of Architecture, Bandra, Mumbai.
After gaining industry experience, Guru joined Monika in building and expanding the studio. Together, they combined their design expertise, practical experience, and shared vision to establish Elements 5 Design Studio.
What began as a freelance interior design practice has grown into Elements 5 Design Studio, a full-service interior design firm. Built through hands-on experience, creativity, hard work, and a commitment to clients, the studio continues to create functional, aesthetically refined, and personalized spaces.
